- Water Usage: It is expected the data center will use less than 5,000 gallons of water per day, less than the historical usage of the office building that occupied the property for decades.
- Electric Usage: Phase one of the campus will use less than 10% of Naperville’s peak power demand, which will help keep the city’s rates stable by providing long-term certainty and providing considerable utility tax revenue that can be used to maintain and improve the city’s utility grid.
- Sound Impact: By using best-in-class screening, sound suppression, and mechanical systems, a sound study determined there would be no perceptible increase in sound at the edge of the property compared to current, background levels.
